2007-12-18 Pet Heaven Memorial Garden Very Dissapointed!
-I had My Best Friend Rex of 13 years put to Rest on Nov.22/07, he was Cremated, I was very upset that day and I could not deal with picking out an Urn for him, well when I did pick up Rex's Ashes they came in an cardboard box in a Valley Pet Hospital Plastic Bag, can you not even put it in a Pet Heaven Plastic Bag when this is your business cremating someone's loved ones's Ashes??? This is a very hard thing to do is pick up Ashes and then you are handed a cheap cardboard box in a Vet Bag, come on, my Best Friend deserves more than that for almost $160.00, this is terrible, I think that you are using people's money and getting away it, this is so TERRIBLE, and I will report this to the Valley Pet Hospital and if I have to, I will go further as you will not get away with this and I refuse to pay you also, as I'm very upset, you have no love for anyone or their Loved pet, this is totally disgusting, Yes, I said a Scatter Box, but come on put it in a Velvet Bag to look presentable to the Loved Ones Family, very upset with PET HEAVEN!!

-They over charge for service. I don't know why anyone whould work for penuts when they charge a arm and a leg for a simple virus scan. $120 bucks. I went across to the business across the street. They charged me 30 plus showed me how to prevent the problem.
